One of the notable features of Desi Food is that they do not allow partnered merchants to register new outlets in the Desi Eats platform to run cloud kitchen. They ensure the authenticity of the merchants before publishing them their platform.
Their average food delivery time for orders is about 1 to 1.5 hours; this may vary based on order size, location, peak hours & riders availability.
Delivery charges are usually calculated based on the order value and distance from the restaurants.
They try to offer the best and most competitive delivery charges.
Mr Jitin says, ‘One Good thing about Desi Eats is that our favourite restaurant will always be available for island-wide delivery, as we do not limit the delivery area by KM distance / Peak Hours / Public Holidays’.
Their goal is to make all Indian restaurants available for users as long as the restaurant operates as usual.

Jithin Tom founded Desi Eats, an Indian Origin who migrated to Singapore for Higher Education and graduated from Republic Polytechnic. He is also the co-founder of My Bartender Pte Ltd, a Mobile Bar service that has been successfully running since 2015.
