Snacky Sprout – October 7th, 2014
Most challenging for the mothers today or any day is to make their children eat healthy snacks. Below is an easy, healthy and nutritious snack. Just do it with decorations as below. When the child has a look at such a colourful setting, sure he/she will want to eat it.
Bean sprouts 500 grams
Onion – 1 (big size)
Tomato 1 (big size)
Lime 1 (normal size)
Carrot – a few pieces
Orange – One
Salt – To the taste
Wash the bean sprout and boil it
Cut the lime into half
Slice the Onion
Peel the skin of the tomato and dice it
Cut the carrots into round pieces (for decoration)
Slice the oranges into round pieces (for decoration)
Take the bean sprout in a bowl and add the sliced onions to it.
Now add the diced tomatoes to it and squeeze the lime over it.
Now add the salt and mix everything well.
Place the orange slices to the side and the carrot to the center.
Your yummy yet tasty and healthy snacky sprout is ready to relish and eat!
