Easy Pineapple salad – April 16th, 2013

Fruits and vegetables has always been an unanimous choice of healthy diet, since the days of yore. Now, where fast food has gained supremacy, it is obvious that one looks for the food that can be made fast. So here we have a salad that can be made in a minute which is also healthy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

Pineapple – one
Green Capsicum – one
Red Capsicum – one
Lime juice – one tea spoon
pepper and salt – to the taste

PREPARATION

1. Cut the pineapple into cubes.
2. Put it in a bowl.
3. Cut the green and red capsicums lengthwise into small pieces.
4. Add them to the Pineapple and pour the lime juice over and mix well.
5. Sprinkle the salt and pepper and mix well and refrigerate it.

Serve it with any variety rice.
